KOA Confidence Laboratory (Co-LAB)

A Co-LAB is creative and emotionally safe space where girls take real confidence challenges. Unpack their root causes, explore consequences and co-create innovative solutions that they can use and share.

What is a Co-LAB?

Why join a CoLAB ?

Ages 10–14 | Free Workshop | Limited Seats

As girls grow older, many begin to hold back their voice — with friends, at school, and in group settings.

They start wondering:
What if I say the wrong thing?
What will people think of me?
Is it safer to just stay quiet?

Our next Confidence Co-LAB explores this powerful question:

Why does it feel safer to stay quiet than to speak up?

This is not a lecture.
It’s an interactive confidence lab where girls think, talk, and create solutions together.

Girls will:
• Explore the root causes of why they hold back
• Understand how fear and self-doubt affect confidence
• Work in small groups to design practical tools to use their voice
• Connect with other girls navigating the same stage of life

⚠ Limited to 25 girls to keep the session safe, meaningful, and interactive.
